Please note the following submission requirements: 1. Submit an electronic copy of the Sample Submission Spreadsheet to gecinfo@biotech.wisc.edu. Upon receipt, GEC staff will contact you to schedule a submission time. 2. ≤ 24 samples must be submitted in 1.5mL single tubes. All sample tubes must be labeled with the sample name (≤ 8 characters with no special characters) on the top of the tube and PI's last name/submission date on the side of the tube) 3. > 24 samples must be submitted in a clear, semi-skirted, conical 96-well PCR plate with a -80°C stable adhesive seal. Label plates with the PI's last name and submission date.

1. Please fill out the GEC Sample Submission Spreadsheet, and email it to gecinfor@biotech.wisc.edu 2. Submit samples in 1.5mL single tubes or a 96 wel I plate if ≥24. 3. All sample tubes/plates must be labeled with the sample name, PU last name, and date.

1. Sample tubes must be clearly labeled with sample name, date, and Pi's last name. Submit at least 3uL of each sample (5uL preferred). 2. Email completed copies of the sample information spreadsheet to gecinfo@biotech.wisc.edu before you submit your samples. Upon receipt, GEC staff will contact you to schedule your submission. 3. RNA QC service is included in our bulk RNA-seq library preparation services. If library preparation is your desired service, please fill out the appropriate library preparation service form instead.

The following materials are not accepted: 1. Cells administered pathogenic and/or recombinant microbes or biological toxins 2. Tissues containing pathogenic and/or recombinant microbes or biological toxins 3. Samples that require handling beyond BSL2 containment
