Here is a list of calendars that you can link to your Outlook account:
Room 1330: uwbc1330@biotech.wisc.edu
Room 1340: uwbc1340@biotech.wisc.edu
Room 1360: 1360@biotech.wisc.edu
Room 3406: 3406@biotech.wisc.edu
Room 5406: 5406@biotech.wisc.edu
Atrium: atrium@biotech.wisc.edu
Auditorium: 1111@biotech.wisc.edu
To add room calendars via the Outlook web app:
- Log in to email.wisc.edu with your NetID and password
- In calendar, click “Add calendar” on the left column
- Choose “Add from directory”
- Type in “UWBC” and find the calendar you want:
- Click “Add” at the bottom of that card, and you will be able to see the availability of the specific room
Outlook on Mac:
- Open the Calendar section of Outlook
- Go to Open > Shared Calendar:
- Type in UWBC to show all the room calendars and pick the one you’d like to add:
Outlook on PC:
- Go to the Calendar tab in Outlook
- Right-click a calendar group and go to Add Calendar > From Address Book:
- Type UWBC to find the list of calendars, double-click the one you’d like to add, and click OK:
