Viewing/adding reservation calendar

Here is a list of calendars that you can link to your Outlook account:

Room 1330:

Room 1340:

Room 1360:

Room 3406:

Room 5406:



To add room calendars via the Outlook web app:

  1. Log in to with your NetID and password
  2. In calendar, click “Add calendar” on the left column
  3. Choose “Add from directory”
  4. Type in “UWBC” and find the calendar you want:
  5. Click “Add” at the bottom of that card, and you will be able to see the availability of the specific room


Outlook on Mac:

  1. Open the Calendar section of Outlook
  2. Go to Open > Shared Calendar:
  3. Type in UWBC to show all the room calendars and pick the one you’d like to add:

Outlook on PC:

  1. Go to the Calendar tab in Outlook
  2. Right-click a calendar group and go to Add Calendar > From Address Book:
  3. Type UWBC to find the list of calendars, double-click the one you’d like to add, and click OK:
