The UWBC is transitioning to a work order request/submission portal process for its list of services. Preparing for this change, all forms, guidelines, and sample sheets have been modified so that the team can perform internal testing of the process. Clients are asked to ensure only current forms and sample sheets are being used (see link below). Older version forms will no longer be accepted. The UWBC Requester Portal is aimed at improving the customer experience through an intuitive, guided process. Here are some important changes clients can expect:
- Removal of hosted submission forms and sample sheets
- Hosting of platform- and application-specific guidelines in a central location
- Gain ability to monitor account and track status of your request
These changes will pave the way for further improvements, so the team can focus on what they do best – helping clients achieve their research goals!
