The TMTpro 18-plex reagent kit from Thermo is the newest and most cost-effective approach to compare protein abundance in up to 18 individual samples. This extension of the Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) Reagent portfolio provides for more time points, more treatments, more genetic backgrounds, and more biological replicates, increasing statistical power from a single experiment. And when coupled with our high pH fractionation, we can delve even deeper into the proteome, still preserving relative quantitation.
