Descriptions:
Service- User sends Roche NimbleGen the target sample for the specific array application method interested in. Upon completion of the experiment the user will receive data extracted from the hybridized array. Anticipated delivery date of results is 30 days from samples passing their in-house QC. Target sample submission requirements from Roche NimbleGen may vary depending on the application method service being sought.
Array- User orders the array directly from Roche NimbleGen, and Roche NimbleGen
will send the array directly to the user. Genomic application arrays are "strippable" for reuse. Expression arrays cannot be stripped and reused. A list of arrays and the protocol for stripping arrays is available from Roche NimbleGen.
